UNITE Pike

Nell Johnson is Director of Nursing, Addiction Services at Pikeville Medical Center. She is currently working on Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration. She graduated from Pikeville College with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Associate of Science in Nursing. She also worked for Mountain Comprehensive Care Center for close to nine years as a Psychiatric Nurse, therapist, Director of Children and Families for Pike County, and taught the Nurturing Program. Nell taught Parent Education for the Circuit Court and was on the advisory board to help develop the Family Court for Pike County. She was appointed by Governor Paul Patton to sit on the State Advisory Board for Children with Serious Emotional Disturbances. Currently she sits on the Board for UNITE Pike and on the Pike County School System's Task Force.
